No agreement of Kabul-Islamabad delays direct peace talks

Scores of Mps at lower house of the parliament have stated that no agreement of Kabul- Islamabad on peace talks process has delayed holding of direct peace talks in between Taliban and Afghan Government, saying Afghan Government should act,it doesn’t need to wait for Pakistan dual policy.

Meanwhile officials in Afghanistan High peace council have declared that domestic disagreements and posing of Power of Taliban has caused the quadrilateral peace talks to be delayed.

Direct peace talks was supposed to be held on the beginning of the March 2016,but due to some disagreements among Taliban they avoided to determine the date for such talks.

Mp Ghulam Faroq Majroh said,” Pakistan has not been honest on his policy towards Afghanistan, the following country has never stayed committed, now it’s the Afghan Government who should decide to bring Taliban into direct talks table, either by force or exerting pressure.”

International relation adviser of high peace talks Mohammad Ismail Qasimyar said,” efforts are underway to reach to an agreement, to obliged insurgents to come to peace talks table, but having no determined leader among Taliban has caused the direct peace talks doesn’t take place.”

“ Scores of Taliban were ready to come to peace talks table, road maps was also to be implemented, optimisms has been created, let’s see if there is no other issue comes in International relation adviser of high peace talks Mohammad Ismail Qasimyar said,”

Afghan Government has been asking Taliban to come to negotiation table, but the invitation has been responded by carrying out suicide bombings, launching terrorist attacks.
