NUG to form new Election commissions: Danish
Second vice President Sarwar Danish has stated that fresh election commissions will be formed soon in the future, those commissions will definitely hold parliamentary election incoming spring in the country.
However some experts have urged that President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani to present some legislative decree for further election reformation during winter vacation the parliament.
Though parliament of Afghanistan have rejected some of the decrees of the President for adjustments of the Election law,still officials in Afghan Government insisted on the decrees presented.
Second vice President Mohammad Sarwar Danish said,” parliamentary election will be held next year definitely, and new election commissions will soon to be created.”
According to lawyers Afghanistan Government goes to wrong direction since its decrees on reformation of Election law has been rejected by the parliament of Afghanistan.
Head of lawyers union Abdul ghayur ghayur said,” one of the easy ways for President was to use the reservation members of the elected committee, now he would reach its goal.”
Former spokesman for executive office Asif Ashna said,” if there is political commitments within Presidential palace (Arg) President Ghani should release decree during winter vacation of parliamentary members in order to accelerate the process.”
The above mentioned statements made that head of the independent Election commissions Yousuf Norsitani has said that I will soon announce the Election calendar and will be managing the parliamentary Election incoming spring.
