Over 1,800 Afghan immigrants return home from Iran

The Ministry of Immigrants and Returnees has announced that more than 1,800 Afghan immigrants have returned to the country from Iran.
The ministry said in a post on X that the total number of immigrants is about 1,860 individuals.
The ministry added that these migrants returned to the country through Herat’s Islam Qala Port.
The Border Authority of Islam Qala has said this includes families and single people.
Two days ago, the ministry also announced that more than 1,800 migrants from Iran were forcibly returned to Afghanistan.
