Peace agreement between Hekmatyar-Afghan Gov’t finalized

First Deputy of CE Mohammad Khan has stated that peace agreement  between the Hezb-i- Islami and Afghan Government finalized and its draft has been sent to Afghanistan High peace council to be signed by Gullbuddin Hekmatyar and Afghanistan officials.

CE first Deputy Mohammad Khan has also mentioned that after signing the agreement all the conditions are applicable that means the following agreement will make Afghan officials to release the HIA prisoners, omit the names of the leaders of the following party from the black list.

CE first Deputy Mohammad Khan said,” the agreement draft has been finalized and will be to Afghanistan high peace council office for further signatories, the following agreement has been organized in 3 chapters and 26 articles.”

Meanwhile US officials have stated that any steps which will decrease disputes and violence is supportable.

US secretary of state’s Spokesman John Kirby said,” We support any agreements leading to decrease violence in Afghanistan, all the terrorists specially the HIA party to be part of the political dialogue, that will enable Afghans to directly have words in making their country future.”

After days of negotiations continued among the representative of Hezb-i- Islami and Afghanistan’s High peace council members it finally reached to an end and now Afghan leaders will sign the agreement with leader of the party called Hezb-i- Islami in the near future.
