Poor Leaderships Cause Helmand to be Surrounded: Atal

Head of the provincial council in Helmand province has stated that poor leaderships of the security and local officials have caused that Helmand province to be surrounded by the anti Government insurgents, and reach themselves even in 2 kilo meters of the Lashkarga city of Helmand province.

Meanwhile officials in Ministry of Defense have stated that serious investigation began to curb the war at the entire country.

Helmand province has been witnessing war since years, and in the recent months the insurgents have intensified their terrorist activities, the Helmand provincial council members have warned the Government if no immediate action is taken the following province will fall into Taliban hands.

Head of the Helmand provincial council Mohammad Karim Atal said,” Anti Government insurgents have launched plans to control the districts and center of the Helmand province, though Afghan security forces are fighting with high moral still the insurgents have reached in 2 kilo meter of the main city of Lashkargah.”

Mps in the lower house of the parliament have also confirmed the poor leaderships in curbing way in Helmand.

Law maker AbdulJabar Qahraman said,” Afghan security forces were divided based on the shares, the war management in Helmand is very poor, scores of Afghan security officials are thinking for their own benefits that mean they are seeking their own benefits in the continuation of war.”

Meanwhile military experts urged that if the government doesn’t adopt necessary measurements, insecurity will not decreased.

Military expert Mohammad sarwar Naizi said,” Ministry of Interior affairs visited Helmand, what is important is to have clear plans for eliminating war, and significant steps needs to be taken to fulfill the needs of the Afghan security forces.”

Ministry of Defense Deputy Spokesman Mohammad Radmanish said,” insecurity issues were there, most the following problems were resolved, reviews are underway to determine the vulnerability by the assigned delegation, so that we could decrease insecurity level.”

Furthermore Helmand province Governor Hayatullah Hayat said,” Helmand is the main focus of the Afghanistan Government, security officials visited our province, huge security plans are underway to repel the insurgents plans.”

Earlier sources in Nawa district of Helmand province had stated that insurgents are all around but the center of the district city, Helmand local officials demanded the residents to support Afghan security forces, and resist against the insurgents.
