Residents Support Local Officials for Maintaining Kunduz

Dozens of Kunduz residents during a gathering have announced supports for the Governor, Police chief and National Directorate Security Chief of Kunduz saying in the war erupted a week ago more than 4000, 0 families during war were displaced and more than 400 either were killed and injured in the second time where Taliban held the control of that city.

The Tribal leaders of Kunduz demanded the Government to execute those who have neglected during the duties for falling Kunduz into Taliban hands for the second time.

Mirza Laghmani said,” the Minister was here when shells hit the provincial Governor palace, they even didn’t resist for 10 minutes.”

“ We demand the execution of those who have neglected during their duties and asking the Government to admire others who have stood against Taliban raid Kunduz resident Habibullah Mubtashim said,”

Military expert Atiqullah Amarkhail said,” some internally and externally pushed through to help Taliban enter Kunduz city, and the existed forces have done nothing to resist and Taliban have captured Kunduz easily.”

Meanwhile President Spokesperson has talked about the investigation and assessment process on falling Kunduz city for the second time into Taliban hands.

He said,” Reviewing started, soon those neglected will be punished, and the results will be shared with Afghan people once the process is accomplished.”

Last year Taliban had captured Kunduz province without its airport, and an investigative committee which was assigned by the President declared that poor management and leadership in war were the main caused that Taliban to come to Kunduz.
