Senators Warn Gov’t to Seriously Track Recent Deadly Incidents in Kabul
They emphasized the only demand of Afghan people is providing security and their blood should not be played in games.
Senator Gulalay Akbari said, “the government must be accountable to protestors. The government should find a new strategy and satisfy the people.”
Senator Shir Muhammad Akhund Zada said, “the enemy is trying to make divisions among the people and provide fields to reach their targets.”
Another Senator, Jumauoddin Geyanwall said, “the decision makings should be the responsibility of three parts, Laghmanis, Panjshires and Ahmadzais. The decisions should be taken according to the national interests.”
Chairman of the Senate House stressed that on tracking the recent bloody incidents in Kabul and the punishment of the perpetrators.
Chairman of the Upper House, Fazlul Hadi Muslimyar said, “the recent incidents were very dangerous and painful and we are demanding serious investigations. Security forces must be accountable.”
Afghan Senators insisted that the continuation of the current situation is not acceptable and the government should seek new solutions to prevent future plots in the country.
