Six Corruption Cases Sent to Court of Counter Corruption: Azizi

Officials in Supreme Court have reported that the six cases of corruptions of senior staffs of Ministry of rural development were sent to court of counter corruption for further final reviewing and investigations.

The following persons were Ahmadshah Hemat head of the rural development department, GulRahim Zarimal head of Policy and planning, Mohammad Amin Qani responsible for residential solidarity apartments , Mohammad Amin Amin head of housing estate,Ahmad Nawaz Bakhatyar head of the enterprise housing,Sayed Aman Sadaat the financial solidarity apartments responsible are the accused persons whose cases were sent to court of counter corruption.

Supreme court spokesman Baseer Azizi said,” legal investigations process completed the six cases of corruptions were sent, we are waiting for the court session, our aim is implement the law.”

He has also said,” the 3 of the accused persons are set free based on some senior officials assurance,but the other three were arrested while leaving the country from Badakhshan Province.”

440 $ million were collected from those who owed Kabul bank we are expecting in the future to the rest of 530 $ million from those who didn’t pay their loans yet Supreme court spokesman Baseer Azizi added.

Further he mentioned that 155 Obligors from Kabul Bank didn’t show up to pay their loans therefore they were barred from the country.

After Kabul Bank scandal case the second famous one is the corruption of six senior officials of Ministry of rural development which has been finalized by the supreme court, now Nation are waiting to see the perpetrators of corruption to be executed.
