Taliban Kills 3 Judges of Paktia Appeal Court

Officials confirmed that three judges and an administrative officer of the Paktia Appeal Court were shot dead by the Taliban militants early this afternoon.
Abdullah Hasrat, the spokesman for the Governor of Paktia, told Ariana News that the four government employees were targeted on the Kabul-Gardez Highway in Logar Province.
He added that the victims were on their way to Kabul.
Logar police confirmed the incident, and said investigations were underway to identify the bodies.
The Taliban insurgent group has not yet commented.
