Teenage Girl Shot Dead By Brother in Parwan Province

A man has reportedly shot dead his teenage sister in Jabalu Siraj district over allegedly attending training courses outside her home, said local authorities.
“The girl was murdered by her brother due to attending training courses”, said Mohammad Masoom Farzaie, district police chief of Jabalu Sirag to Ariana News.
The girl was reportedly 15 years old and shot dead by a pistol in Guzar village of the district.
Afghanistan has recently witnessed a raise in terms of violence against women or particularly honor killings.
A man stabbed his sister along with another man to death for having affairs in the northern Samangan province. The man later introduced himself to the local police.
