According to Yousif Rashid, the election commissions just in the past three months ignored the electoral law and regulation many times.

“It has been three months since the official inauguration of the new election commissions, and they breach the law often times.” Rashid noticed.

TEFA found through a poll that these elections commissions haven’t stepped any convincing measures to restore public trust on election process.

IEC however reacts to the poll conducted by TEFA with saying the commission consistently trying to implement needed reforms in the process.

Mohmamd Warimach, election commission’s secretary while speaking with Ariana News says, “Everyone expects a fair election which is only possible through electrification of the process which we are trying our best to finalized it.”

With having a controversy election in 2014, the people highly expects the government to bring needed reforms in the election process, a step the government is yet to implement.
