Torkham port closed for traffic

Ataullah Khogiani, the Nangarhar provincial spokesperson, said that the Torkham passage was closed for traffic, but he didn’t underline the cause of the closure.

However, some security sources underline that the clash between the Afghan frontier forces and the Pakistani militia is the cause of the shutdown.

Pakistani officials haven’t commented in the matter yet.
