Two suicide bombers loyal to the Islamic State (IS) group were arrested by the Afghan intelligence operative in Kabul city.

On Monday, the National Directorate of Security (NDS), said two teenagers were arrested from the 5th police district of the city.

According to the statement by the NDS, the two men were arrested before they could join IS group in eastern Nanagarhar for further trainings.

The individuals were identified as Jalil Ahmad and Hamed.

The detained individuals have confessed that they were recruited by Mullah Abdul Latif, the IS recruiter in western Karokh district of Herat province of Afghanistan.

This comes as two days ago Zahir Qadir, Deputy House Speaker claimed that IS terrorist group plans to deploy at least 200 families in each district by disguising them as refugees.
