Upper House Severely Condemns Paghman Incident
The Upper house of the parliament on their first day of working has significantly condemned the Paghman incident and expressed deep concerns over the ongoing security, political, economy conditions of the country.
Head of Upper house Fazil Ahmad Muslimyar has demanded the Security departments to pursue their trails and punish the culprits in to death so that their death should be a lesson to others will attempt such kind of crimes within the society.
A number of the senate have declared the ongoing challenges within the country comes from the long lasting Election process saying Afghans do not feel safe and insecurity is spreading day by day.
A week earlier a group of gunmen have raped four women returning home from a wedding party in Paghman district of Kabul city which their crime have widely provoked the re-actions of Afghans across the country.
