Upper House to Approve BSA after 15 Days of Review

Senators in the house of the parliament have confirmed receiving of the US-NATO agreements after it was approved by the lower house of the parliament on Monday.

Head of the house Fazil Hadi Muslimyar said “based on the law we will take our final decision after 15 days of reviewing the agreements by considering our National interests.”

There has been rumours that US Embassy have provoked the lower house of the parliament members to approve the mutual security agreement in between Kabul-Washington, a claim which was rejected by the head of International committee affairs Abdul Qadir Zazay in senate house saying US Embassy has had nothing to do with it.

Earlier Afghanistan has signed several other important strategic documents with different countries, based on the law after the documents are signed it goes to the lower house and Upper house of the parliament then the President will signed it and then , it gets implemented within the Afghanistan territory.
