US drone crashes in Kandahar Airfield; no injuries

A US drone has crashed at Kandahar Airfield in south of Afghanistan leaving no injuries, reports say.
According to the reports there were no casualties and no enemy fire is suspected.
The officials have confirmed that the MQ-9 Reaper went down at Kandahar Airfield late on Saturday and the cause is under investigation.
Kandahar Airfield, which is the largest base in Afghanistan, is being renovated by the US-NATO mission for mixed military and civilian use.
