WJ criticizes government of inability
Expressing deep concern over increased insecurity and the current situation in the country a number of Wolesi Jirga (WJ) members criticized Wednesday the National Unity Government (NUG) and accused them of inability and negligence.
The Parliament representatives say that the NUG leaders have no political will to provide the security of the country.
They claimed that the government leaders cannot properly manage the current situation going on in the country which creates many challenges for the country.
“Everything is out of control, till the Chief of Executive Officer prepare himself to go to his office a district falls into Taliban’s hands. But the President says everything is under our control,” Qudratullah Zaki, representative of Takhar said.
Nazir Ahmad Hanafi, representative of Herat said, “President Ghani himself said that he would not forget himself if any of Afghanistan’s minerals go to the Iran. He himself gets the precious stones out of the country and delivers us deliver words.”
“The government committed but all of them were lie. Both sides are steeling Afghanistan,” Zakaria Suda, representative of Badakhshan said.
Some of Parliament members also said to consider the recent insecurity of the country challenging and call for reforms in security institutions.
“I say to the President!! What is going on in Presidential Palace? Afghanistan is not just only for you. We are also in the ship,” Saleh Muhammad Saleh, representative of Kunar said.
This comes as the Wolesi Jirga has collected nearly 70 signatures to summon the interior minister and submitted to the administrative board to take decision about the minister of interior.
