Afghan acting Minister of finance Omer Zakhialwald has signed the power project agreement named (KASA) on behalf the Afghan Government with Pakistan with the cost of 1 $ billion.

During the ceremony held on the occasion Mr.Zakhailwal has stated that this project will be implemented by coming 2017 which Afghan Government will be benefited millions of Dollars from its transition to Pakistan Soli.

The agreement was signed while the Afghan acting Finance Minister Omer Zakhialwal visits USA on the presence of the President Barak Obama representatives, World Bank, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
