2 women shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Jawzjan

Jawzjan police commander has confirmed the deaths, said the reason for their murder is unclear and an investigation is underway.
Jawzjan police commander, Faqir Muhammad Jawzjani noted that the two women named Azada and Sherin were murdered at midnight.
Relatives of the dead women urged the officials to punish the perpetrators of the incident as soon as possible.
Head of Human Rights in Jawzjan, Sare Pol and Faryab expressed concern over the murder of women in Sheberghan and said authorities should be serious about the arresting of perpetrators of the murder.
