Bayat Foundation distributes winter aid to hundreds of needy families in Logar

Bayat Foundation once again distributed winter aid packages of food and non-food items to hundreds of needy families in Logar province.

Foundation officials said that these winter aid packages include flour, rice, cooking oil and warm clothes.

According to them, the packages were distributed to deserving and needy families in this province after a survey.

Foundation officials have emphasized that they will help the needy in other provinces of the country as well.

“Following the humanitarian aid of Bayat Foundation, today we were able to cover several deserving people in Logar province, which includes flour, rice, oil, jackets, blankets and winter socks,” said Sayed Mirwais Hashimi, foundation representative.

The families who have benefited from these donations ask other charitable organizations to help Afghans in need during these difficult times.

“We would like to thank Bayat Foundation for helping us with flour, oil, rice, blankets and winter socks,” said an aid recipient.

Bayat Foundation has also provided significant help with safe drinking water, building of mosques, health centers and schools in some provinces.
