Explosion in Laghman leaves 5 dead, wounded

An explosion in Laghman province left 3 dead and 2 others wounded, local officials said.

The incident took place in Alisheng, after an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) targeted a police vehicle.

According to a statement released by the provincial government media office, 2 policemen and a civilian were killed and 2 other policemen sustained injuries.

No groups have commented about the report yet.
