Explosion in Laghman left 9 people including provincial council chief wounded

The blast targeted provincial council chief, who as wounded in the attack along with several others.
Provincial governor’s spokesman, Sarhadi Zwak said, the incident took place after vehicle of the provincial council chief; Tawos Adil hit an Improvised Explosive Device (IED).
A bodyguard of Mr Adil lost his life in explosion and 9 others were wounded, he added.
