Explosion rocks Jalalabad City, no casualties

An explosion targeted Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) vehicle in eastern Jalalabad city, no casualties have been reported yet.
The blast occurred around 10:00 am in the 1st precinct of Jalalabad city in Cheshma Khanjee area when NRC vehicle was crossing from the road.
A security source says the Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) were placed in a pushcart, close to the house of Zahir Qadir, a member of parliament from Nengarhar province.
No group has claimed the responsibility of the attack yet and the motive and exact target of the attack is still unknown.
