However, President’s legal adviser denies all allegations that he ordered an agreement must be signed for the construction of a town in Kabul.

previously, the ministry of urban development has said that minister of urban development has done whatever that was based on written legal advisory office of the president. but the ministry’s adviser claims that the action was illegal and has been made without any consultation.
