P.Ghani to Hold the Most Transparent Election Up to 2019

President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has promised to the International community donors to hold the most transparent Elections up to 2019 to be an example within the region.

He has also insisted on his commitments on ensuring peace, strengthening of Afghanistan’s independency, Human rights, and be as transparent on spending money on his Government, saying I will not hesitate on doing the above mentioned issues for the Government of Afghanistan.

Meanwhile the United National special envoy for Afghanistan has insisted on United Nations Organizations commitments and continuation of their supports to Afghan Government.

In the second day of the session President Ghani has once again insisted on his below performances for the goods of the Afghan Government.

1-    Providing good civil services.

2-    Increasing the capacity of the sources within the Governmental departments.

3-    Empowering Ministers for selecting their deputies within the Ministries.

4-    Beginning of a clear system of budgeting.

5-    Improving of the local Government in the country.

Further President Ghani has also pointed out on combating Kabul Bank bankruptcy issue, collecting the incomes for the Government,Establishing of the maintenance and procurement committee in order to avoid any lavishes, in judicial and justice system.

 While giving speeches President Ghani has also mentioned that I will review the suggestions of the reformation of Election system which was presented by the Electoral reformation committee tonight,and I will also adjust the law for the Parliament since they are in their last session of the year,in the near future the Electoral reformation committee will determine the date for holding the parliamentary Election provincial councils and even at district levels,Im sure that the upcoming Elections in the country will the most transparent Elections in the History of Afghanistan in the region.

Meanwhile United Nations special envoy for Afghanistan Nicholas Haysom declared Afghanistan with challenges but insisted that Afghanistan is going in the right direction.

He said,” today I will explain the United Nations supports and commitments towards Afghanistan for security,freedom,self sufficiency for all Afghans.”

President Ghani has once again promised to donor countries that Afghan Government could provide trusted budgeting till the Brussels summit and by the cooperation of the friend countries could continue to peace process.
