Sayaf warns to mobilize Afghans against Pakistan

Abdul Rab Rasul Sayaf, a prominent Jihadi leader warns Pakistan to stop plots against Afghanistan and if it continues he will mobilize the Afghan nation.

“If Pakistan plots counties we will ask the government to mobilize the people; otherwise, we will mobilize the Afghan nation and will take actions,” Sayaf said while delivering remarks to commemorate the Martyr’s Week in Kabul.

He also urged the National Unity Government leaders to announce the date of parliamentary elections as soon as possible and call for Loya Jirga (National Assembly) to make a decision if they cannot announce the election date.

“I’m asking the government to announce the date of elections and if there is any problem they have to call a Loya Jirga to make a decision,” Sayaf said.

The former Jihadi leader also asked the government to bring reforms in the government, said: “we want the NUG leaders to avoid actions to clean Mujahedin; if the government fails to bring reforms I fear the government may fall down’.

Meanwhile, the second deputy of Afghanistan’s Chief Executive Mohammad Mohaqqeq and the former President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai touched the issue of Afghans who seeks asylum abroad the country and encouraged both the Afghans to stay in the country and help the country stand on its own feet.
