Guyana’s Foreign Secretary Robert Persaud said the group of Cuban and Afghan nationals arrived on Saturday after being deported over immigration issues.
Amnesty International said that all Afghan nationals are required to leave the cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi by 31 March
