2 killed, 9 injured in Kabul explosion
Khalid Zadran, the spokesman of Kabul Police, confirmed an explosion happened in Dasht Barchi area of Kabul on Thursday evening and said the blast took place in a market.
Early reports indicate two people were killed and nine others were injured in the incident.
Zadran said that the injured people have been taken to hospital.
A police investigation team has arrived at the scene to investigate the cause of the explosion, he said.
