25 complaints filed from Ghani’s electoral team: IECC
The independent electoral complaint commission (IECC) has received 25 complaints from Ashraf Ghani’s electoral team about the invalidation of votes.
IECC spokesman said that Abdullah’s electoral team has not recorded any complaints to the decision of election commission.
“Tomorrow the public hearing to address the complaints of presidential contenders will be held” said Nadir Mohsini.
Spokesman of IECC, Nadir Mohsini urged the two presidential candidates to prepare their expectations according to the law.
The independent election commission (IEC) two days ago with beginning of the invalidation process invalidated the votes of 72 polling stations.
Abdullah’s electoral team is said to consider the invalidation process contrary to their demands and boycotted the process.
