Four states should conduct responsibility on peace talks: Afghan Gov’t
Afghan officials have demanded the four states to conduct the responsibility and tasks against Afghanistan peace talk’s process, saying road map has determined the responsibilities of all participants within the talks.
The direct talks in between Afghan Government and Taliban will begin at the beginning of March 2016 in Islamabad, but Taliban didn’t say a word about it.
President Deputy Spokesman Sayed Zafar Hashimi said,” road map has determined the responsibility of all sides, therefore we demand all four states to conduct their tasks, and there is mechanism in place which declared which side didn’t do the job.”
Political expert Ahmad Saiedi said,” USA-China are pushing through to achieve something out of peace talk’s process, but Taliban has announced their preconditions demanding Islamic Emirate, releasing of Taliban prisoners, adjusting of Afghanistan constitution, and removing their Names from the Black list.”
“Peace, sovereignty and National interests should not be the victims of the peace talks process, legal and political perspectives of all aspects should be considered political expert Haroon Barakzai said,”
Afghan Government has been insisted that war is not the solution to ensure peace in Afghanistan, saying all parties should avoid war and join Afghan Government and respect the constitution.
Officials in Afghan Government also believed that the new reformation and changes in High peace council body, the new members will play key role in peace talks.
