IECC to announce final decision about the result of second round of election

The independent electoral complaint commission (IECC) will announce Thursday its final decision about the result of the second round of the presidential election.
According to the law, the independent election commission (IEC) has 24 hours opportunity to record its complaints about the final decision of IECC; otherwise the IEC shall announce the final result of the second round of presidential election.
