Kabul Bank trail postponed to Tuesday

The trail of Kabul Bank case ended without any result Monday after the first court session and postponed to Tuesday.
ShirKhan Farnood and Khalilullah ferozi the shareholders of former Kabul Bank admit that they are involved in Kabul Bank case, but said that other shareholders are also involved in the case.
“Hakim Beri and Zakhail Wal Fetrat were the main cause of our misery. This is conspiracy against us.” Ferozi said.
The attorneys said that the critical factors of Kabul Bank case are those that their lists have been released earlier.
Officials said that Afghan government have been recovered some of the embezzled money of Kabul Bank and trying to recover the remained embezzled money of the bank.
They added that they could recover $ 177 million dollars so far.
While Kabul Bank faced crisis that over $ 900 million dollars in cash were taken illegally from the investment of the bank.
Earlier, President Ashraf Ghani Ahmad Zai is said to consider the Kabul bank case one of the world’s largest banking fraud.
