Kidnapped doctor rescued by IEA forces in Herat province
Islamic Emirate intelligence forces in Herat rescued a doctor on Wednesday and arrested four suspected kidnappers.
Abdul Qayum Rohani, the governor of Herat, said the doctor had been abducted a week ago in the city of Herat and had been moved by kidnappers to the Guzara district of the province.
According to the governor, four people were arrested in connection with this case, which is still being investigated.
The doctor, Sharafuddin, had been kidnapped a week ago.
