Lower House Wants Government to Overhaul its Commitments

Members of the lower house of the parliament have demanded the Afghan Governmental officials to pave the ways for the implementation of the International community commitments made in London summit on Saturday.

A number of the members in Wolesi Jirga have declared the role of International supports in Afghanistan vital and important.

More than 60 countries in the world have refreshed their commitments for Afghanistan in London summit on 4th of December 2014.

Member of the house Urfanullah Urfan said,”we are waiting to see the International commitments made to be implemented in Afghanistan,what makes huge difference for the Nation is to have skilled persons in the cabinet and its establishment.”

The main demands of the International community from Afghan Government  has been combating corruption and good Governance in London Summit.

Speaking on the issue Assadullah Sahdati the member of the Wolesi Jirga stated that if the Afghan Government doesn’t do the commitments given in London summit to International community it will negatively impact the political, economical relationships with the World.

Delaying on establishment of the new cabinet by the Afghan National Unity Government has been one of the major concerns of the Lower house of the parliament, President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani had promised to introduce the new members of the cabinet to the Afghanistan Parliament for retaining the trust votes.
