MoU against Afghan Laws: Mps

Members at the lower house of the parliament have declared signing of the memorandum of understanding over exchanging of intelligent and discovery information in between Kabul-Islamabad is illegal and against the Afghanistan laws.

Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security (NDS) and Pakistan’s Intelligence Service (ISI) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will see both countries working closely together to fight terror.

According to their statements Afghan war is led by Pakistan ISI and has supported ISIL and Taliban to keep the war flames hoisted.

They have also said,” its illegal to sign cooperative documents with others countries with acknowledging National assemble.”

Lower house of the parliament have decided to summon the security officials to provide more information over in joint committees within the house.

Mp Raihana Azad said,” President doesn’t have the right to sign any pacts with the enemies of Afghanistan, Konar war hasn’t forgotten yet, war in Northern, and Southern of Afghanistan were being led by the Pakistani Generals.”

The other representative Munawarshah Bahahdori said,” National Unity Government by signing these types of pacts trying sell Afghanistan, their signatures is against the Nation desires, demands and existed laws.”

Afghanistan security council has signed this pact impertinently ,therefore the officials in security council should summoned to provide much details over it this is a risking and dangerous issue.”

First deputy of the house Zahir Qadeer also said,” signing of any documents without having the Afghanistan parliament confirmation is illegal and against the law.”

Lower house of the parliament have tasked different internal committees in the house to summon the Afghanistan security officials to share more details over the memorandum of understanding in general session.
