MoPW Warns Residents to stay homes

Officials in Ministry of public works have warned that the recent heavy snow falls and stormy weather in 9 provinces and 18 belonging districts have caused the life of the residents into danger.

Acting Minister of Public Works Noor Mohammad Mangal said,” Local residents should pay attention the further guiding of the Governmental workers in order to avoid any threats.”

According to the officials in Ministry of public Works the vulnerable provinces are as follows Logar,Nangarhar, Maidan Wardak, Bamyan, Sar-e-Pol, Ghazni , Badghis, Ghor.

Acting Minister of Public income insisted that efforts are under way to re-open the highways.”

He added that according to annual plans we could say that there will no problems for the residents, we have blocked off the Salang Pass due to heavy snow falls and stormy weather.”

Based on the information Ministry of Public Works has announced that 902 places are vulnerable areas in the country.

They have stated that Japan country has helped 142 big trucks snow cleaning to decrease the level of challenges within the country.

The above mentioned issues come after heavy snow falls and stormy weather have caused some technical problems for power since last night Kabul city residents didn’t have electricity.
