NDS detained four mine planters network in Kabul

The National Directorate of Security (NDS) – Afghanistan’s intelligence agency has arrested four mine planters in Kabul along with two magnetic bombs and a corolla vehicle, a statement released by Afghan spy agency on Wednesday said.
