Earlier, US President Donald Trump warned that Washington could consider military action if Iran continues to support Hezbollah.
Trump said on social media the agreement had been approved by countries including Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
Vice President JD Vance had in September said that the new U.S. company will be valued at around $14 billion.
Vance noted that many Americans may not be aware that Azerbaijani forces were among the last to leave Afghanistan.
