Taliban planted mine killed 4 people in Ghazni

An explosion killed at least four people in central Ghazni province of Afghanistan.
Explosion took place on Monday around 9:00 am in Andar district, provincial governor spokesperson Shafeeq Nanq Safi said.
A roadside bomb went off when a rickshaw passed over the mine and killed three women including the driver, he said.
He added, the mine was planted by armed Taliban insurgents, but they have not commented about the incident.
