1 killed, at least 4 injured in Nengarhar blast

An explosion killed one person and injured at least four others including two police members in Jalalabad city of eastern Nengarhar province, a local official said.
Explosion occurred near provincial police HQ in Jalalabad city on Saturday morning.
“Explosive devices were placed near a police checkpoint which killed one person and injured four others, two police and two civilians were included who have been taken to the hospital for treatment”, provincial governor spokesman Ahmad Zia Abdulzai said.
At the same time head of Nengarhar public hospital confirmed that he has received one death body and six wounded people from the site of the blast.
No one yet to claim the responsibility for the attack.
