11 Deminers Abducted From Kabul-Kandahar Highway

Militants have abducted 11 employees of mine-clearing organization from the unrest Kabul-Kandahar highway on Sunday, Ghazni authorities said.
The deminers were kidnapped from Qarabagh area of Ghazni province when they were in the way travelling from Kandahar to capital Kabul, the provincial officials of Ghazni said.
“Militants stopped the passenger bus and took away 11 deminers to unknown location on Sunday night,” said Shafiq Nang, spokesman of Ghazni governor.
However, the Taliban have not yet commented in this respect.
