Acting Foreign Minister Muttaqi leaves for Moscow
Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi headed a delegation to Moscow on Wednesday at the official invitation of the Russian Federation to participate in the sixth Moscow Format meeting on Afghanistan, the ministry’s deputy spokesman Zia Ahmad Takal said in a post on X.
Ahmad Takal stated that Muttaqi is expected to discuss bilateral issues with Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister, on the sidelines of the meeting on October 4.
