Afghan Gov’t to sign MoU with European countries to protect Afghan’s rights

Officials in Ministry of migrants and repatriation have stated that Afghan envoy will attend the Brussels summit to sign a memorandum of understanding with European countries to protect the legal rights of Afghan migrants in the following countries next week.

Ministry of migrants and repatriation Spokesman Islamuddin Jurat said,” Afghan Government has pushed through to sign a memorandum of understanding with European countries to protect the Afghans legal rights, and if those Afghans return to the country to hold jobs even,”

Officials in Ministry of migrants and repatriation have declared the situation of Afghan asylum seekers in Macedonia, Greece, Serbia full of concerns, stance against the 20 march memorandum of understanding signed in between European countries and Turkey.

Mp Ghulam Farooq Majroh said,” Afghan Government should come to an end with the United Nations on migrants affairs to protect the rights of those Afghans who stay outside and provide good platform for other returnees.”

“ Government should resolve all the Afghan migrants issues through diplomatic channels, and pave good way for them to become residents because they have paid much money to reach European countries Senator Mohammad Asif Sediqee said,”

Based on the estimation of the Ministry of migrants and repatration 250,000 Afghans have left the county for Europe, yet 819 of them have returned to the country.
