AWCC officials said that they have activated a new site in this district, with its activation, thousands of people have gained access to telecommunication services.
“A site was activated in Mandol district and for the first time the people of this area have telephone access. In the future, we will provide services to the eastern provinces,” said Attaullah Sahil, head of AWCC in the eastern zone.
The residents of this district are happy that they have received telecommunication services, but they say that 80 percent of the people in West Nuristan still do not have access to telecommunication services and they want to expand these services.
