Ballots Invalidation To Begin Tomorrow: IEC

The Independent Election Commission IEC has announced that invalidation of ballots will start tomorrow (Monday) and that daily and very clearly.

The ballots would be invalidated in the presence of domestic and foreign observers, IEC spokesman said without mentioning how much time the process would take.

It would be clear each day that to what extent fraud took place during the second round of Presidential Election, according to Noor Muhammad Noor.

IEC officials stated if any problem occurred to the invalidation process, majority of the people involved in the process would have the authority to make decision.

The invalidation process starts as both the candidates have agreed on creating a government of national unity after two important trips of US State Secretary John Kerry to Kabul.
