Civil society activists accused gov’t for dealing with Taliban
A number of civil society activists have accused the Government for dealing with Taliban where one negative outcome was cutting of the Kabul city electricity.
They have also mentioned that the Afghanistan Government is still on decision to deal some parts of Northern part of the country to Taliban.
Civil society activist Abdul Manan Shinwari Sharq said,” Government should execute those who have dealt with Taliban over Dand-e-Ghori district of Baghlan,saying the President has pave the way for such infamous treaty.”
“We are here to raise our voices over the infamous dealing and lack of electricity in the capital,the Government is trying deal with Taliban to hand over part of Northern provinces to Taliban the other civil society activists Safi Sultani said.”
Officials in previous Government had rejected such claim, giving warning for those who are trying disrupt the security will be killed.
After Afghan security forces have launched a clearance operation in Dand-e- Ghori against Taliban, the Kabul electricity has been cut off after Taliban destroyed some power pylons in Dand-e- Ghori and Dand-e- Shahabuddin of Baghlan province.
