Civil Society Network Demands Leaders to Stop Disagreement

The head of the civil society network demanded the President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and Ce Abdullah Abdullah to stop political disagreement, warning if both leaders do not stop it, they will not achieve anything out of Brussels summit.

National Unity Government was established two years ago based on a political agreement but it seems that none of the leaders of the National Unity Government has succeeded to either launch reformation, or to hold parliamentary elections amid the Brussels summit is ahead.

Head of the Civil Society Networks Sayed Nasir Musavi said,” We are experiencing different types of turmoil in the country, our economy is getting poor, no efforts is made to draw the investments, no solid political route has been established to pave the way for democracy.”

He has warned that one and half month is to go and attend the Brussels summit, but yet the leaders to get agreed with each other.

“ In order to attend the Brussels summit and draw much attention of the International donors and investors we need to do well planning, and in my opinion ensuring the National unity and resolving the current issue will better help the leaders to bring more prosperty for Afghan Nation Head of the civil society Networks Sayed Nasir Musavi said,”

Scores of the civil society activists have criticized the Government for not doing much to ensure good security for the residents of the country.

Member of the civil society Networks Mohammad Yusuf Zazai said,” National Unity Government has only limited the security and safety by siding the cement blocks, razor wires and some barriers, there is no sovereignty of law within the districts cities and remote areas.”

“ I suggest the National Unity Government leaders that to get together and avoid any problems which will pave the way for huge failure Ahmad Zaki member of the civil society Networks said.”

The remarks come after that the National Unity Government leaders visited each other for the second time in Presidential palace and all the issues according to the Deputy Spokesman for the President has been resolved.
