Father facing death sentence for horrific rape of his daughter

Kabul primary court sentenced a father to death over raping his own daughter.
The man has been sentenced to death after fathering two child with his own daughter who he raped for 11 years.
The primary court announced that all documents and evidences about the convict proves the mass of father.
Khatera claimed that has aborted children for another five times.
“According to evidences and documents and the 17th article of violence against women, the father was handled to a death penalty,” Sayed Ahmad, head of Kabul’s primary court said.
“We are happy of the court’s verdict, but I want the verdict to be implemented because if the court release him free, my live will be in danger,” Khatera said.
The civil activists who attended the court praised the court’s decision and called for his prosecution.
However, the suspect who arrested seven months ago due to the complaint of his wife, denies the charges against him and stressed it a conspiracy against him.
