First Farkhunda’s Trial held in Kabul

Several weeks passed since Farkhunda has been killed brutally by the group of criminals in the capital city of Kabul related to her death 49 persons including 19 police forces neglecting their duties were arrested.

The first trial for Farkhunda has been held by the participation of 49 accused persons, judges, lawyers and some other officials was held.

Second precinct police officer Hassibullah claimed that when Farkhunda has been in trouble our hand set radio system was shut down didn’t work.

30 persons were accused for beating brutally, killing and even burning of her body then dumping into the river and 19 police forces were accused for doing neglects on their duties.

Case prosecutor Hamiddulah Qasir has marked Zainulabidin the main perpetrator of the case provoking others to kill her,where most of the other involved in the case have confessed it.

Police officers in the second police precinct claimed that one suspected Arab Nation was arrested in the incident area,further the Kabul police commander let him free.

They also claimed that our communication system through hand set radio has been shut down during the incident took place ,this has let us not to be capable to communicate with each other.

Gen, head of the third courts district Safiullah Mojadidi has not only ordered to arrest the second police precinct discovery officer,but also Kabul Police chief, head of Kabul criminal investigation department, should attend the tomorrow’s session.

The assigned committee to achieve the facts believed it will probably be a political, or terrorist issue behind the case.

Accused persons and police forces have confirmed that condom and some vigra sexual strengthening spices were found from Shah-e-Doshamshira shirne.

In the first trial none of the Farkhunda’s family members attended, session will be held in order to achieve the final order and decision of the courts in coming days.
