ICM on Constitution Implementation Called Afghan Government Illegal
Independent Committee of Monitoring the implementation of Afghanistan constitution has called Afghan Government illegal and has warned that Afghan leaders have always tried to place their own persons in Governmental positions.
A number of the members in the ICMIC have called the Afghan lawmakers as the basic breakers of the law.
They have demanded that the following committee should be changed into legal forum and also about 50% of the Afghanistan constitution material should be changed.
Member of the committee Lufulrahman Saied said,” the current structure of the Afghanistan Government is illegal there is no foresee indicated within the law this is not a legal decision but a political decision made by our scholars for the National interests.”
We have tried to get hold of the presidential palace officials but received no responds but the findings of the following committee indicates that the all Infringement is getting increased in order to overcome the situation hands should be gathered.
General Council head of Afghanistan Journalists Hafizullah Barakzai said,” Media should raise the awareness of the Nation on implementation of Afghanistan constitution and draw the people attention for respecting the law.”
Afghanistan has practiced its 8th Constitution which has been codified 11 years ago in 12 chapters and 162 articles but Afghan officials have always violated the existed laws in the country.
